We strive to build genuine relationships that provide seamless construction solutions for years to come, utilizing our Design-Build project delivery method.
Design-Build is a contracting system in which one entity manages the architecture, engineering, and construction. Compared to traditional construction, this unified approach typically leads to project completion that’s 33% faster and 6% cheaper. A partnership between the construction and design team offers a turn-key solution for your projects all under one roof with consistent updates throughout the process.
We aim to over-communicate with all our clients, so you never have to wonder what the status of your project is. We’ll always keep you in the loop and engaged through our client-centric approach.
Procore is a cloud-based platform that gives instant access to the status of projects in just a few clicks. It helps us connect people, applications, and updates through a unified platform that manages project risk, always providing complete transparency.
It also enables our team to collaborate directly with our clients to share project info, streamline approvals, and provide real-time reports. That means you can log in at any given moment using your provided credentials and gain accurate project updates anytime, anywhere.

This morning, our team welcomed ECS for a Breakfast & Learn.
ECS provides geotechnical engineering, construction materials testing, environmental consulting, and building science services that support projects from planning through construction.
Having worked with ECS on past projects, we appreciated the opportunity to reconnect and learn more about their capabilities. These sessions give our team time to ask questions, exchange knowledge, and strengthen relationships with the industry partners who help us deliver successful projects.
Thank you to the ECS team for sharing your expertise—and for bringing donuts for our team!

Project Update | Atelier Building 3
Atelier Building 3 continues to rise in Downtown Nexton.
Construction is advancing across multiple fronts as the project team makes significant progress on the second-floor concrete slab, stair tower and elevator shaft, below-grade waterproofing, and miscellaneous steel installation, including stairs and railings.
With the building’s structure continuing to take shape, each milestone represents another step forward as the team transitions into the next phase of construction—including exterior and interior framing, followed by roofing, interior MEP rough-ins, and installation of rooftop HVAC units.
This progress is the result of thoughtful planning, disciplined execution, and strong collaboration in the field. We appreciate the continued commitment of our project team and trade partners as we maintain momentum and move Atelier Building 3 closer to completion.

Today, we remember.
We honor the lives lost on September 11, 2001, the courage of the first responders and everyday Americans who answered the call, and the countless families and communities forever changed by that day.
Twenty-five years later, we remember their sacrifice, their courage, and the unity that brought our nation together.
We will never forget.
