With more than 40 years of construction experience and 20,000+ hotel guestrooms delivered, Marshall brings an exceptional depth of hospitality expertise to Team RCG. His experience spans projects for many of the industry`s leading hotel brands, including Marriott, The Ritz-Carlton, Omni Hotels & Resorts, Hilton, and others.
From preconstruction through opening, Marshall understands the complexities of hospitality construction and brings proven leadership, technical knowledge, and a solutions-focused approach to our clients and project teams. His decades of experience, leadership, and problem-solving skills make him a valuable resource to both our team and clients.
Outside of work, Marshall enjoys spending time with his wife, Linda, their children and grandchildren, playing tennis and pickleball, cooking, and performing music with his band.

Project Update | Atelier Building 3
An early start and another major milestone at Atelier Building 3.
Robbins Construction Group completed the slab pour this morning for the new 9,572 SF, two-story Class A office building located within Downtown Nexton in Summerville, South Carolina.
With the slab now in place, the project continues to take shape as our team moves into the next phase of construction. Once complete, Atelier Building 3 will add new Class A office space to the growing Downtown Nexton community.

Construction continues to advance at the North Charleston Joint Command Center, with the project transitioning into the next phase of interior finishes.
Drywall installation and finishing are now complete, and painting is underway, bringing the facility`s interior spaces to life. Overhead electrical rough-in also continues as our team coordinates the infrastructure necessary to support this state-of-the-art emergency operations and public safety facility.
In the coming weeks, crews will begin installing the access flooring system, acoustical ceiling grid, and architectural casework as the building continues to take shape.
Projects like the Joint Command Center are made possible through the collaboration of dedicated owners, design professionals, trade partners, and project teams working toward a common goal. We are proud to partner with the City of North Charleston in delivering a facility that will enhance emergency response, strengthen operational resilience, and serve the community for years to come.

The project team has successfully completed all building foundations and underground mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection infrastructure—establishing the foundation for the next phase of vertical construction. With these critical milestones complete, preparations for the slab-on-grade are underway, followed by the commencement of structural steel activities.
