ECS provides geotechnical engineering, construction materials testing, environmental consulting, and building science services that support projects from planning through construction.

Project Update | Atelier Building 3
Atelier Building 3 continues to rise in Downtown Nexton.
Construction is advancing across multiple fronts as the project team makes significant progress on the second-floor concrete slab, stair tower and elevator shaft, below-grade waterproofing, and miscellaneous steel installation, including stairs and railings.
With the building’s structure continuing to take shape, each milestone represents another step forward as the team transitions into the next phase of construction—including exterior and interior framing, followed by roofing, interior MEP rough-ins, and installation of rooftop HVAC units.
This progress is the result of thoughtful planning, disciplined execution, and strong collaboration in the field. We appreciate the continued commitment of our project team and trade partners as we maintain momentum and move Atelier Building 3 closer to completion.

Robbins Construction Group is proud to celebrate the completion of the 17,220-square-foot renovation of the MUSC Storm Eye Institute in Charleston, South Carolina.
Designed to support the next generation of vision research, the newly renovated laboratory facilities provide MUSC’s researchers with a modern, highly functional environment built to advance scientific discovery and support the work that ultimately improves patient care.
Delivering sophisticated research environments requires careful coordination, attention to detail, and a clear understanding of how the built environment supports the people and programs within it. Project Announcement | I-26 Rest Area
Robbins Construction Group is proud to announce the start of construction on the new I-26 Rest Area in Charleston County, South Carolina.
Located along one of South Carolina’s most heavily traveled interstate corridors, the new facility will provide an updated, welcoming stop for motorists traveling through the Lowcountry. The project represents an important investment in the infrastructure supporting our region and the millions of travelers who rely on I-26 each year.
Construction is now underway, with completion anticipated in Summer 2027.
